Coordination

A wedding day coordinator is most suited for the more “pop up” style wedding locations such as private properties, marquees or more non-traditional event spaces where you don't have a venue event manager/coordinator to keep things on track.


If you are hosting a larger wedding at a venue that provides a wedding coordinator as part of their service, having us on hand as an additional coordinator will ensure your special day will run smoothly and all boxes are ticked. To ensure this smooth execution of your most special day, we recommend one event coordinator per 100-120 guests.

Wedding Decorations

Below are just a few of the duties we would undertake as your Little Event Angel wedding coordinator:

• Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal the day prior to your wedding

• Last minute set up of any ceremony details that can’t be done by yourself or family (ie. flowers that can’t be installed with weather conditions, drinks/ice, signage,
• Greet guests as they arrive, usher to ceremony area
• Coordinate your ceremony procession line up and look after all music requirements (play songs etc) if your DJ/band is only attending reception.
• Attending to the needs of the Bride & Groom, bridal party and close family as required
• Assisting your photographer to ensure efficient use of your allocated photo time, coordinate family and bridal party key shots
• We can relocate any ceremony decorations to your reception area, saving family or guests needing to be given a special job and ensuring that you are getting your monies worth out of your decor
• Work with your musicians and MC to coordinate bridal entrance, speeches, cake cutting and first dance – making sure your special day runs on time
• Oversee service staff in the food and beverage service and time keeping, assisting with these areas if required. Our “Little Event Angels” are all RSA qualified.
• Overall time keeping and main point of contact to all suppliers – we will forsee and troubleshoot any mishaps before they happen ensuring your day is magical.

“Little Event Angel” also offer relief coordination packages to venues – we understand that everyone needs a break and this service ensure just that. Your venue is in the best of hands, with 11+ years’ experience, we have worked alongside all local Tamworth venue & suppliers and many outside the Tamworth region also.
