Our event coordination options are popular for all those events other than weddings – engagement parties, birthday parties (adults & kids), dinner parties, anniversary parties, milestone events, corporate events – the works.

Below are just a few of the duties we would undertake as your Little Event Angel event coordinator:
• Attendance at your venue location prior to your event
• Last minute set up of any details that you can’t do being the host
• Greet guests as they arrive, point of contact for all guest questions during the event leaving you time to mingle & enjoy
• Attending to your needs during your event (all discussed prior) – cueing up of music, wrangling kids for party games – we will put into action
• Overall time keeping and main point of contact to all suppliers & guests – we will forsee and troubleshoot any mishaps before they happen ensuring your event is magical & runs on time.
